户内变电站 GIS 室土建先行方案研究

摘要:随着城市建设的发展,为有效缓解城市空间资源与变电站用地日益紧张的矛盾,推动
变电站建设与城市环境协调发展,变电站“入公建”,采用土建先行模式具有广泛的应用前
景。其中,户内 GIS 室给土建先行设计带来的制约因素最多,开展户内变电站 GIS 室土建先
行方案研究,对提升质量管理水平,具有很高的管理效益。本文首先对 GIS 厂家进行深度调
研,确定设备与土建接口,减少前期对设备资料的依赖。GIS 室土建先行建设时,根据厂家
和通用设备资料,GIS 室高压电缆出线开孔及架空出线穿墙开孔采用留长孔的形式,满足不
同厂家要求,且留孔覆盖所有出线间隔。GIS 室二次电缆沟采用浅埋式电缆沟方式,主要设
备区域二次电缆不再进入电缆层,做到电缆层动力电缆和控制电缆敷设在不同区域的要求。
GIS 埋件采用后锚固方式,GIS 断路器因承受动力荷载,建议仍按常规钢筋砼基础设计。

Study on the Preliminary Civil Engineering Scheme of
Indoor GIS room for Substation

Abstract: With the development of urban construction, there are broad application prospects for
the substation "incorporation for public construction" with the first mode use of civil engineering
to effectively alleviate the increasingly tense contradiction between urban space and limited
substation land, and promote the development of substation construction and urban environment.
Specifically, the indoor GIS room brings the most restrictive factors to the advanced design of
civil engineering. Carrying out the related study on the advanced civil engineering scheme of the
indoor substation GIS room has high benefits for improving the quality management level. This
paper first conducts in-depth investigation on GIS manufacturers to determine the connection
between equipment and civil engineering and to reduce the dependence on equipment data in the
early stage. When the civil project of the GIS room is performed, the openings for the
high-voltage cables in the GIS room and for the overhead outgoing lines to pass through the wall
adopt the form of long holes to meet the requirements of different manufacturers, and the holes
cover all the outlet intervals. The secondary cable trench in the GIS room normally utilizes the
shallow buried cable trench method, and the secondary cables in the main equipment area do not
enter the cable layer, so that the cable layer power cables and control cables are laid in different
areas. The post-anchoring reinforcement method is utilized for the GIS buried circuit breaker.
Finally, the GIS circuit breaker is recommended to be designed based on the conventional
reinforced concrete foundation due to the dynamic load.

1 研究背景
为有效缓解城市空间资源与变电站用地日益紧张的矛盾,推动变电站建设与城市环境协
调发展,许多城市均开展了变电站“入公建”建设。在此模式下,政府将变电站建设直接纳
入区块规划,引进投资主体对地块进行同步开发、同步建设,待变电站建筑工程完工后移交
给电网主体,再实施电气工艺配套项目。
户内变电站设备布置紧凑、工艺复杂,受电气设备资料制约明显。在以往工程中,需要
待业主完成设备招标、签订合同并确认设备资料后才开始土建设计。由于设备型号多、设备
